Faithfully Fit Forever

Faithfully Fit Forever exercise class promotes health by focusing on the body, mind and spirit and is designed for all ages and activity levels. It meets in the Activity Center (gymnasium) three times per week from 11 A.M.–noon on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Each session has 15 minutes of stretching followed by 25 minutes of aerobics, 10 minutes of strengthening and ending with 10 minutes of health education and prayer. Cost is $10 for 8 weeks. The class runs continuously, so you may join anytime. The class is led by Caryn Scott who is a certified leader of Faithfully Fit Forever and is a retired physical therapist.
